Fear creeps up...
Like a stalker in the might
Clouding our minds..
and blinding our sight.
But the enemy is a liar..
and uses fears as his tools.
He plants thoughts in our minds..
and uses no rules.
For he doesn't play fair..
and uses our deepest wounds
And it's with these wounds..
that many become consumed.
But we have to hold on..
to the One who can heal.
For Satan is a liar..
but God's Truth is Real.
My Version
When fear creeps up...
like a stalker in the night, it clouds
Your mind, it blinds your sight.
Satan is a liar, the father of all lies.
Whispering in your ear, you're not good enough
And tells you, Just give up!
He uses fear to drag you down,
Kicks you until you're knocked down.
He does not play fair, he uses no rules
he finds your weakness and break your defenses.
When you're broken, too weak and vulnerable
its when he whispers defeated thoughts, hoping he can drag you down
until you feel lost,
Until he can make you feel you are worth nothing
He'll crush your spirit if you let him.
He wants to drag you down to the point of giving up
where he can rule and inject more lies in your head
as he uses your deepest wounds
to make you believe God does not care.
He will try to inject lies like a virus to corrupt your mind
as he swiftly try to turn you against God
but the question is, would you buy it, would you let him win in your heart? Or rather put the whole armor of God?
Satan hates God and because he cannot get to him
so he preys on the children of God, like a hawk 24/7
To try to turn them against Him and you wonder why would God allow him
to do this--because when we stumble
the way Satan wants us to fall, you think evil thoughts against God
when God really meant it for good
Be aware that Satan wants to use our afflictions
our wounds to drown us with doubts
( without faith it's hard to please God )
On the other hand, God wants to use our wounds and hurt to make us stronger--
tougher, to grow us in faith to be a spoke person for others
to speak of His goodness and grace.
Let your wound be a reminder that there is a God who is and is to come
who will be there with you, rooting for you, fighting for you spiritually
So, draw nigh to Him instead, and He will draw nigh to you
So, pray up without ceasing
because God's intent is to make you closer to Him.
When you draw nigh to Him with His unfailing love
Just expect that He will be there with you
in ways, only faith can take you.
Glory to God in the highest who uses our wounds to build us
to become stronger soldiers of Christ
to be a testimony for others to speak of His glory, to speak of His might and power to
those who repent and return to Him
He will forgive
Satan is working 24/7 hollering like a lion without a fang.
It is up to us to allow him to trick you and play with your mind
play tricks to make you believe you are a hopeless case
as you give in and start feeling depressed he will tear you down
to make feel unworthy and that's a total lie.
Because God sent His only Son to die for you to redeem you from sin,
because He loves you.
So get out of that defeated thoughts, don't give in to be Satan's puppeteer.
Don't lose your ground as a believer because if Jesus is your solid ground
will never get drowned
So be strong put on the whole armor of God because it's the only way
to fight Satan's games and schemes
You also have to realized he's feeding you with his lies
but only if you allow him. So fight on like a soldier
using the Sword of Spirit which the Word of God.
Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Remember, YOU already have
the victory in Christ.
Satan is almost at his end trying to recruit armies to be thrown with him
in the lake of fire. He knows his end is very near
so he has to do all he can to drag you down with him
If you let him. May the Lord direct your hearts in realizing and showing the love of God
